Enneagram Evolution
An avid student of the Enneagram for nearly 20 years, I’ve employed it for personal and professional insights and growth. For more than a decade, this versatile and effective tool has been my map for professional development.
Inspired by the Enneagram’s effectiveness for myself and my colleagues, I became certified by the Enneagram in Business to help people ascertain their personality Type and learn how that Type influences them on a variety of professional and personal levels.
Enneagram in Business Trainings
I offer the following professional development trainings for clients:
What Type are You?—Learn to ascertain your own personality Type.
Your Type and Communications—Understand how your Type influences your communication style and preferences.
Giving and Receiving Feedback—Get better at navigating the feedback preferences and pitfalls for your Type
Managing Conflict—Address friction before it becomes discord.
Build Effective Teams—Recognize how teams evolve, sort themselves into roles, and self-challenge.
(Additionally, if you have a specific topic you’d like to explore, a custom training is possible.)
All team trainings include:
supporting materials that participants keep
a pre-training interview with leadership
a post-training follow-up
suggested team activities to extend the value of the training beyond the session
Individual coaching for participants after the training is available.
